MARIE CLAIRE UK LAUNCHES ATHLEISURE RANGE FOR JANUARY 2018
Strength, Comfort, Confidence and Fashion: Marie Claire’s athleisure range delivers on quality, useability and style.
Marie Claire UK, the premium fashion and beauty magazine brand, has extended its existing licensing programme to incorporate a capsule range of directional lifestyle sportswear, launching 4 January 2018. Designed for women who want fashion-forward active wear to use in and out of the gym, Marie Claire’s new rangedelivers on both comfort and style. It is available in a mix of seasonal colours, patterns and styles, including the hero camo-print line in a range of deep blues and ruby hues.
The new range uses innovative performance stretch materials that mould to the body’s shape and are technically able to support a truly active lifestyle. Garments are designed to combine functionality and fashion, such as the lightweight outwear for keeping cool when training and the slim line tops with fleecing for warmth when running outdoors.
“All of us at team Marie Claire are so excited about this new collection. Marie Claire’s athleisure range had to be both super comfortable and look great, to take you from training to sipping a soya latte! We are thrilled with the results – this range is the ultimate in supercharged athleisure, with an eye to the catwalk but with legs in the gym,” comments Justine Southall, Time Inc. UK’s managing director of fashion & beauty.
“There’s so much development and innovation that has transformed the everyday needs in sportswear, one of which is to look like you're wearing a piece of fashionable clothing, rather than your average gym gear. Marie Claire’s new athleisure range has been developed with this in mind, mixing innovative, flexible fabrics with small design and style details like concealed zip pockets on the vest tops for phone or key storage, to create the ideal athleisure range for women.” comments Howard Eggleston, Marie Claire Sport.
